Pastor Richard Sempel has been ministering in Jails and Prisons for over forty years, As an extension of Desert Valley Christian Fellowship he currently oversees an Inmate Prayer Ministry.

He also works with the Chaplain at Red Rock Correctional Center in Eloy, Arizona to connect volunteers with ministry opportunities.

He is looking for a “few good men” to serve as volunteers in this life changing ministry.  Plans are in the works to reinstitute a Weekly Service in the near future. The goal is to train up men interested in Prison Ministry to eventually conduct Services at the facility on a rotating basis.
